not exactly prima, more like passable
nonexistent wificoffee shortage
i stayed in what they called a beautiful twin room. the tv remote didn't work so i had to manually change the channels. the air conditioning seemed stuck on 'arctic blast', a bit much for a supposedly mild day. also the breakfast buffet ran out of coffee every morning by 8 am and i got tired of having to ask them to refill it.
