arrogant receptionist bad service
The oak tree restaurant was a disaster. the service was really bad, with an arrogant receptionist. She was unhelpful. it seemed like she ruined the whole experience for me. the restaurant lacked care towards guests with mobility issues.

i found three large swimming pools on the hotel. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
security at the front door scanned all bags! they then confiscated an unopened bottle of alcohol.

fantastic stay with good surprises
golf cart dinner buffet mezze choice
i loved the pools they were beautifully landscaped and provided refreshing swims i could easily get a ride back up to the hotel with the available golf cart service the dinner buffet impressed me with many mezze choices and an outdoor grill for freshly prepared items
i did have trouble securing a lounge chair by the pool because the resort was busy this made relaxation slightly difficult at peak times i wish there were more available seating options during these periods it was challenging to find a spot immediately

my beautiful room included a comfortable king bed and a well maintained space i appreciated the cleanliness and functionality of the room ensuring a restful retreat after a day exploring.

there are three large pools including one heated pool also there is an additional children's pool with attractions i found the pools to be a highlight of the resort making my stay great.

the hotel had an excellent location with comfortable access to the private beach area provided shoes and mud for the dead sea access the availability of showers near the beach enhanced the convenience.

a relaxing stay

I received a complimentary upgrade to a pool terrace room. it offered direct access to the pool area. the breakfast buffet included various options. I found the pastries to be particularly fresh. the private beach was clean with readily available mud for treatments.
the gym equipment was a bit outdated though still functional.

The front desk provided quick assistance with check-in and check-out procedures. They also answered my questions about local attractions. the staff were attentive throughout my stay. They promptly addressed requests for extra towels and room service. i appreciated their efficient service.

The hotel restaurant offered a broad menu with international cuisine. i dined at the italian restaurant. the pasta was well-prepared. The pizza had a thin, crispy crust. the service was timely. the breakfast buffet included hot and cold options.
