The oak tree restaurant was a disaster. the service was really bad, with an arrogant receptionist. She was unhelpful. it seemed like she ruined the whole experience for me. the restaurant lacked care towards guests with mobility issues.

fantastic stay with good surprises

i loved the pools they were beautifully landscaped and provided refreshing swims i could easily get a ride back up to the hotel with the available golf cart service the dinner buffet impressed me with many mezze choices and an outdoor grill for freshly prepared items
i did have trouble securing a lounge chair by the pool because the resort was busy this made relaxation slightly difficult at peak times i wish there were more available seating options during these periods it was challenging to find a spot immediately

I received a complimentary upgrade to a pool terrace room. it offered direct access to the pool area. the breakfast buffet included various options. I found the pastries to be particularly fresh. the private beach was clean with readily available mud for treatments.
the gym equipment was a bit outdated though still functional.
