the lobby has a trendy design and the staff offered assistance.
I had to handle the luggage trolley myself. No one offered assistance. the room lacked proper cleaning. I found no towels. basic information like breakfast times and pool location was missing.

super clean roomwalk-in showerlovely towels
the staff were amazing, from the speedy early check-in as requested, to the super clean room on arrival. the walk-in shower and the wonderful bed were great. the pool area had a sauna and a hot tub. an abundance of lovely towels ready to use. gio restaurant was first class with amazing food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere.
the music from a nearby venue was audible, though not overly disturbing.

the king suite sofa bed featured a spacious layout, perfect for relaxation, with two large windows. the room included a mini-fridge and a coffee maker, providing added convenience. the bathroom offered complimentary toiletries and plush towels.
