The location worked well enough. It was pretty close to the public gardens.
The noise level was bad. Loud ventilation systems created a constant drone. I asked for a different room, but the problem was city-wide, so there was not much the hotel could do about the noise.

the location was good with convenient parking.
checkout WAS a nightmare. the stated checkout time IS 12:00 noon. i returned to find my room cleaned and my belongings MISSING. it took almost an hour to locate my bag, and the only response i received was "have a good day.

the location is fantastic with many restaurants within walking distance. attractions are close, and directly across the street is the public gardens. it reminded me of a luxurious home away from home, and i can't wait to stay again. the staff were also great and gave chocolates.
there was a slight noise from the cars, but that's just city life.

my executive suite was super clean and bright with beautiful decor. the bed was really good (like sleeping on a big fluffy cloud!). it was also very quiet and well insulated, so i fell asleep instantly.

check in and check out was seamless, and the staff treated me like family. they accommodated my request for no feather pillows or duvets due to allergies and had the room made up with bamboo pillows. i was greeted by smiles every morning.

the hotel is close to the downtown core and hospitals. there is a little indoor pedway that connects you to the shops. i was able to get to my business meetings and walk to see dad from there (location is everything!).

coffee from the nespresso machine in the morning was fab. food at the arms was delicious! i dined there several times for meetings, and it exceeded my expectations, especially the desserts (yum!).
