The breakfast offered a great selection of options and fresh ingredients. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, always available to answer questions. My room was upgraded to an executive room. It was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's connection to the shopping center was convenient for accessing various stores and restaurants.
The hotel lobby had a noticeable cigarette smoke odor. It was quite bothersome. It really affected my first impression upon arrival.

The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. Connecting to a mall is convenient. The staff are wonderful, ready to help with any request.
The ongoing maintenance work, starting early, created noise. The design of the rooms feels somewhat old.

my room was an executive double room, very spacious. accessing the city centre mall was very easy directly from the hotel. the pancake machine at breakfast made fresh pancakes continuously. the hotel's proximity to the airport made arrival very easy.
The reception wasn't as attentive. I had to follow up to get my keycard.

The breakfast staff were super professional and helpful! the housekeeping was very professional. Jwel ensured my room was clean and everything required was present. the staff went the extra mile to ensure a great experience.
