the staff at reception were helpful! housekeeping was nice and provided good service in the room. a nice room view was available, i liked it. prompt service was provided for all facilities

The room was spacious it had crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet featured a huge variety of options. Staff provided attentive service and ensured my comfort.
The hotel entrance is through the underground garage.

excellent stay with amazing staff
smooth check-in nice cleaning helpful staff
Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. the room was good and housekeeping provided nice cleaning and decorations. the staff at reception was amazing. Ayman and polash were very helpful. i especially want to thank ruwan kumarasinghe, the housekeeper, were really nice to.
the elevator system was quite inconvenient.

the hotel is near many attractions. it's a short taxi ride or uber to the nearest station or shop, though not immediately accessible on foot. the hotel area is surrounded by other buildings.

the bathtub in my room was located in front of the bed, which i found unique. the rooftop pool has limited loungers. the hotel has a rooftop lounge.

mixed experience at this hotel
faulty ac uncomfortable pillows
The ac in my room wasn't working when i arrived. there was also a strange smell coming from the shower initially. This is not something you expect in a hotel. the shower had some bubbly areas on the roof indicating maintenance issues. also, the pillows were not very comfortable. i think they could definitely improve some aspects.

helpful staff spacious room great cleaning
My room was excellent. I appreciated the value. the cleaning staff were great! ayushi, hanane, and janani from reception were helpful, too. The experience was smooth. i liked having a large, spacious room.
the room was not very soundproofed. some noise was audible.
