The room was spacious it had crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet featured a huge variety of options. Staff provided attentive service and ensured my comfort.

Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. the room was good and housekeeping provided nice cleaning and decorations. the staff at reception was amazing. Ayman and polash were very helpful. i especially want to thank ruwan kumarasinghe, the housekeeper, were really good to.

mixed experience at this hotel

faulty acuncomfortable pillows
The ac in my room wasn't working when i arrived. there was also a strange smell coming from the shower initially. This is not something you expect in a hotel. the shower had some bubbly areas on the roof indicating maintenance issues. also, the pillows were not very comfortable. i think they could definitely improve some aspects.

My room was excellent. I appreciated the value. the cleaning staff were great! ayushi, hanane, and janani from reception were helpful, too. The experience was smooth. i liked having a large, spacious room.
the room was not very soundproofed. some noise was audible.
