Wonderful Anniversary Stay

river view friendly staff
My anniversary treat included a gorgeous room. It featured river views and a quirky downstairs bathroom. Spa toiletries and robes added a special touch. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The stay was relaxing in a lovely setting.
The service charge on the dinner bill included the total amount. It added the cost of two three-course dinners and then the service charge. Only after that, the amount for the dinners was deducted. That felt a little odd.

small room kitchen exhaust fan
the breakfast was fantastic i suppose, lots of choice i guess.
the room was very small, and i had a partial view of the river if i strained my neck. worse than that, the kitchen exhaust fan was right outside my window. trying to get fresh air during the day? forget about it. at least it shut off at 11 pm, i should be grateful, i guess.
