the location offered views right onto the water i could see many restaurants and shops nearby i found the room clean it even had some nice touches the bed was big and comfortable the bathroom featured a large walk in shower with powerful jets

My stay wasn't great. Loud music played until late. I found no staff when I checked out. I needed to find someone to return my keys. There was no asking if my stay was ok. This felt careless.

fantastic experience
clean toiletcomfy beddamp room
the room was super clean. i noted no water marks on the tiles, and the toilet was very clean. the facilities in the room were quite good. the decor was modern and recently refurbished. the bed proved comfy.
the room initially seemed great! there was a problem with payment, as i was initially charged twice. it was sorted in the end. however, it was cold, a bit damp and rain actually came into the room, a shame.

the staff were attentive. i found them to be helpful and polite . they were quick to respond to requests. the team ensured all my needs were met promptly and efficiently. the service was excellent.

breakfast included a variety of options, i noticed hot and cold items were available. the dining area was well kept, a plus. fresh ingredients seemed to be used in the preparation of meals. the coffee machine made a good cup.

The room had a sofa. This allowed us to relax after sightseeing. the breakfast room overlooked the harbour. i noticed a good choice of food was available.
The tv did not work . This was an issue as the weather was poor.

The location was indeed central. The view of the Barbican from my room was a great sight each morning. I found the breakfast delicious and satisfying. It included a variety of options.
I noticed the room lacked a proper place to hang clothes. There was only one robe hook available on the door.
