excessive noiseshower temperature
the noise level was excessive and disturbin. it seemed to originate from the roof and persisted through the entire weekend. maintenance attempted repairs, but they failed, so i was not able to sleep well. additionally, the shower had significant issues. the water temperature fluctuated unpredictably from normal to freezing to scalding. maintenance addressed this problem, but it only improved marginally. a relaxed shower was not possible.
