Wonderful stay with excellent staff
helpful staff early arrival thoughtful touch
The staff was helpful. My room was ready upon arrival, which i appreciate. The hotel surprised us with sparkling wine in the room because we were celebrating our honeymoon (a really thoughtful touch!).
The hotel needs some updates, and rooms smelled like sewage. Storage space was minimal. Lifts moved only with two or three people, despite the stated capacity.

The hotel has a beachfront exit, a gym with yoga courses (the teacher is nice!), a rooftop chill-out terrace, and a small spa. There are also bus stops, shops, and restaurants nearby.

The buffet offers a variety of dishes. Breakfast includes decent english bacon and sausages. I enjoyed the Seville marmalade with champagne and orange juice (the best i have ever had!).

The hotel is next to the sea in a quiet area. It's also close to Los Cristianos beach at only 100 yards and has easy walking access. A sea view room will provide nice views.

Solid Choice for Adults
convenient balcony fresh fruits
The room included a convenient balcony with a nice view. Breakfast offered various fresh fruits each morning. I found this very satisfying.
The pool area did not open until 9:30. People queued for sunbeds from about 9am. This was a little irritating! as you felt you had to do the same in order to get a sunbed.

Solid Stay Near the Sea
excellent service great location
The staff provided excellent service. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with good variety. The location of the hotel is great as well. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions. I found it easy to walk to restaurants.
My room faced an adjacent building. This affected the amount of natural light. It also meant I had little to no view.

The room had a Nespresso machine. Two complimentary bottles of water were provided daily. The air conditioning system seemed older, yet it kept the room comfortable. The beds were quite comfortable. I experienced minimal noise disturbances.

The pool temperature was excellent, I really liked it. There was a range of exercise classes available. Classes included yoga and pilates on the rooftop decks. The pool area offered ample sunbeds, providing sufficient space .

The hotel is situated close to the beach. Many restaurants are nearby. The hotel provided easy access to the seafront promenade. It is also located near the harbour.

old furniture food quality
the hotel was generally fine, but there were a couple of things that bothered me. the room furniture seemed old. also, the food quality wasn't great. i expected more based on the reviews i had read, especially considering the price.

The pool water was warm and inviting. Its location near the promenade made evening walks easy. A welcome cocktail and cookies were provided. The staff was helpful and spoke fluent English.
The gym had limited equipment.

I found the breakfast choice to be quite good. The options were fresh and well-prepared. Dinner met my expectations for value. The staff were quick and efficient in clearing tables and refilling buffet items. They maintained cleanliness.
