i knew this is a luxurious boutique hotel i stayed previously the staff professionalism impressed me most this time. megan looked after us well from arrival nanda was friendly and professional. daniel looked after us at the restaurant he made one of the best steak tartars i ever ate alexandra deserves a medal dealing with all of us at breakfast.
it took time for hot water to come through the taps and shower. the noise from the street due to single glazed windows was bothersome. i think heavy curtains would fix this problem.

the beautiful double room included a comfortable bed and a large television. there was adequate space for luggage and personal items. the room also featured blackout curtains for restful sleep.

staff members were attentive and helpful throughout the stay. the reception desk provided prompt assistance with inquiries. the concierge service offered useful local information.

Really good Stay with Excellent Amenities!

I found the staff friendly. Their service was prompt and helpful. The hotel offers a fantastic collection of wines. The room was super cosy and the staff super friendly. The very large TV was amazing, complete with surround sound.
I found the hotel parking tight, it is located at the side of the hotel.

Breakfast featured excellent quality, freshly cooked food. The dining room itself was lovely, a very inviting space. Staff provided very attentive service during meals. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was AMAZING!!!

The spa offered various options. I recommend having a treatment, my massage was amazing! The massage chairs were the best I have ever used, offering superb relaxation. The hotel provides a super cosy atmosphere.

Staff kindness and thoughtfulness goes beyond the norm, they are always eager to assist with a smile. Spencer's welcome on arrival was excellent. The attentiveness and dedication of the staff is commendable.

mixed experience in a beautiful double room

the staff seemed lovely and wanted to ensure everything was okay.
we stayed two nights, but our room wasn't serviced on the second day. we had to ask if they could go in and replace the cups and make the bed. they did not bother to replace the wet shower mats in the bathroom or empty the bins.

The location allowed easy access to the town. The staff were friendly and helpful . I found the breakfast delicious with an excellent choice of items.
My room faced a busy street, and it was noisy due to traffic. The bathroom lacked sufficient shelf space. I found too many ornaments on table surfaces that reduced available space.
