the location worked well for me. it was a short walk to the city center. the staff were very helpful with directions. breakfast included a variety of foods.
the bathroom flooded after showers. i told reception about the problem. a plumber came but it didnt fix the flooding. i had to use towels to soak up the water.

i received an amazing upgrade to a suite. the room was recently renovated and very clean. i also enjoyed an amazing view from the room. the updated suite was a highlight of my stay.
the hotel should clearly warn guests that stopping at the entrance is prohibited. a sign or staff directing arriving guests would be helpful. i received a parking fine soon after arrival because of this issue.

the staff was very warm and helpful! valentina and stephania at the front desk provided excellent service. anna maria at the restaurant offered a pleasant experience, always ensuring guests felt welcomed and cared for during breakfast hours.

this hotel is recently renovated with modern decor! there is a tram stop right outside the hotel. a lovely outdoor square with a fountain is close by. guests have easy access to transport.

The hotel provided a superior room. It featured a really spacious and clean bathroom. The breakfast had a variety of foods and drink options. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help us 24/7.
The floors were not completely vacuumed during service.
