We enjoyed the convenient location. Parking was available for all facilities. Breakfast was fantastic and the room was excellent. Staff were awesome.

Excellent Stay in a Central Location
comfortable room good buffet convenient parking
The room, a comfort double room, was comfortable with adequate space. Breakfast offered a good choice of buffet items. NCP parking across from the hotel entrance was useful since the hotel car park entrance was narrow for larger vehicles.
During my visit, the lack of an iron and ironing board in the room was inconvenient. This absence required additional coordination.

The hotel breakfast had a variety of buffet options including hot items. I found the food prepared for dinner to be GOOD!!! Tapas were available in the bar area. The atmosphere was tidy and covered.

My comfort double room provided sufficient space. The en suite had enough room for a nice shower. Windows allowed views of the opposite car park, depending on the specific space and floor location.

The reception staff were both helpful and friendly. The bar manager, Jack, was cute and a fantastic host. I noticed every staff member in the hotel, bar, and restaurant was super cute.

the staff was friendly and helpful . my son ordered a full english breakfast with high-quality ingredients and it was perfect. i had eggs benedict, a equally delicious breakfast option.
the mirror was totally inaccessible in the room, a slight inconvenience.

Fantastic Stay!
lovely breakfast friendly staff great location
The breakfast was lovely. I especially liked the homemade shortbread. All the staff were friendly and always happy to assist. The car parking was great for this area. The hotel coordinated it for the nine of us when we booked rooms through different channels. The hotel location made it easy to find places to eat and drink nearby. It really was a great stay.
The entrance to the car park is a little tight. It may be tricky for larger vehicles.

Free parking is available, although the archway entrance to the parking area is quite tight. The quirky, older parts of the building add to its homely style. This can be challenging with mobility issues.

great location helpful staff gas lamp late music noisy builders bottle collection
The location was great, it was very easy to get around. Staff were nice and helpful. Every questions was answered quickly. My room had nice details, i liked the gas lamp effect and reading light.
my room was above the breakfast area and the music played very late. Someone collected bottles early, this woke me up. builders were noisy early, so that was not nice.
