faulty outlet broken handle
The breakfast included a buffet and à la carte options. Julianna provided excellent support with customizing orders for my wife. Cleanliness was spot on.
The air conditioning did not cool the room adequately. Wall outlets next to the bed did not work. The door handle connecting our two rooms fell off. It was never fixed after I reported this to the manager.

happy staff affordable prices
the staff in the breakfast area seemed happy and helpful!!! the restaurant features excellent czech wine at reasonable prices. vegetarian dishes were interesting there.
the beds felt a bit hard.
