The location directly at the airport was excellent! I had a very early flight. The hotel's proximity to Terminal 2 made the morning stress-free. The provided safe and slippers added a layer of comfort.
I found no coffee machine in the room. The tea selection for the price seemed limited.

The front desk was helpful and friendly at 3:30 AM. The staff greetings in Korean was a surprising bonus, showing their dedication. Their English language skills were very excellent too.

I enjoyed the breakfast. It had a delicious Czech corner. The breakfast omelets were free, as well as the hot cup of choc, and biscuit. The restaurant staff provided great service too.

the hotel location is very convenient for accessing the airport terminal directly a short walk is all that is needed
i encountered several issues the shower had mold in the corners of the tray i also observed a dirty shower head in addition one of the bath towels had a hole these issues were disappointing and detracted from the overall experience i expect higher standards of cleanliness and maintenance

i come here every year for over a decade now. the location is convenient, and the staff is friendly (they asked if i needed help multiple times). rooms were always very clean and quiet. the restaurant and bar staff are also very kind. everything worked perfectly in my room.
i wish the breakfast service extended beyond 10:30, especially considering late arrivals, as an extension until 11:00 would be great.
