The hotel boasts safe parking. I found this essential for travelling by car. The restaurant was excellent. The reception staff proved helpful. They were always ready to assist us with any request (they really were really good).
The gym was a little small and only had a limited selection of equipment. I wish it had more varied machines.

The hotel is in a great location. It's convenient if you travel by train and not far from the city center. A bus ride takes 15 minutes, while a walk will take around 25 minutes.

Breakfast offered good choices with awesome views. The wide selection of food in the morning buffet was very good, especially the pancakes! The experience was quite enjoyable.

I found the staff to be very cheerful and helpful. the room offered a beautiful view, which i greatly enjoyed. the location is convenient with the train station very close. the breakfast quality was also great. It had plenty of tasty options.
the air conditioning was not working properly, and it was a little difficult to get it resolved.

I had some issues. The driveways were very narrow too. the in-room coffee machine did not work. i called the front desk and they said it was a very simple older machine with weak pressure. they would send someone to replace it, but no one ever came. the front desk did not mention it again.
