The location is amazing, right in the heart of the area and next door to a major theatre. staff members were friendly, and check-in was quick. My room was immaculate and prepared for my arrival. i found plentiful drinks in the room, tea, coffee pods, hot chocolate, bottled water, and fresh milk. fresh towels and slippers were provided!
reception is not open 24/7. this is understandable, but it's worth noting for late arrivals or early departures.

The room featured two comfortable chairs and window seats, great for relaxation. i found wine glasses available, and the room was quiet and full of light. the bed was comfortable. I slept soundly!!!

breakfast included a great selection. i found fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, and juices available, catering to diverse tastes. we were served fresh tea and coffee and a varied choice of cooked breakfast options. everything tasted delicious!
