The hotel has a BRIGHT lobby. A bus stop is nearby. My room was clean, spacious, and well done. I had a wonderful view of the park (wow!). Daily housekeeping took place.
The check-in process used only a machine. It felt impersonal.

The hotel includes a fitness center and two saunas. Guests need to get robes themselves. The check-in and check-out processes are self-service terminals (it's pretty straightforward!).

We stayed in a single room, and it accommodated two single beds and one bunk bed. The room had enough space for our family to move around. Breakfast had excellent variety and staff restocked food quickly. The lobby's inviting atmosphere included places to relax and nice background music.
I experienced a heavy knock on my door early one morning from a cleaning lady who then entered my room. She did not apologize for waking me up and told me to check out, even though it was hours before the designated time.

The staff helped us leave luggage before check-in. We received large breakfast bags. It happened when we needed to leave very early. I appreciated their willingness to help.

The hotel offers convenient bike hire for €15 per 24 hours, and it was easy to use. The parking lot is directly in front of the entrance, a very welcome feature. There is also a parking garage with a height restriction of 2 meters.

This quirky place really impressed me! the location is great. It is close to shopping, tourist spots, and transport. the hotel was super clean, with guest comfort clearly a priority. rooms were equipped well, and on-site relaxation was easy. the staff were also friendly!
The self serve check-in felt a bit difficult. i arrived along with many others. That would have been a lot easier if it was more straightforward. everything else was great though.

My standard room included good amenities. enough space for luggage. All areas were kept very clean by housekeeping. the bed had excellent pillows and crisp sheets. the room's temperature was comfortable.
