a decent stay
the location was very good. it was close to the station and shopping. the room was a decent size and clean with a balcony (i liked that a lot). the staff was helpful.
the room was much smaller than imagined. i found the beds unsupported.

The location is great. It is within walking distance to many points of interest. The breakfast had a superb selection with vegetarian and vegan options (especially the vegan sausages!). The staff were really helpful .
The room's air conditioning did not work properly. The room felt very hot despite my complaints. Water pooled in the wash basin when I used it. It filled with water quickly. There were no combs, brushes, or toothpaste kits provided.

excellent location friendly staff
the location proved excellent for exploring. i easily stored my luggage after checkout. the hotel bar offered a relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff, i found it quite appealing. the daily supply of mineral water was useful.
my room felt smaller than expected. the elevator service was slow and inconvenient at times. accessing the stairs required exiting the hotel, which wasn't ideal.

the hotel location provided easy access to attractions and the train station. the cleanliness of the room was notable, and the room service was prompt. i found the staff helpful and friendly . a balcony with a good view was a definite plus.
