The location proved really good. I easily walked along the spree river for sightseeing. the front desk staff was very helpful! the hotel's proximity to nearby restaurants made dining convenient.
i found myself waiting longer than expected, a bit inconvenient. this affected my ability to move around the hotel efficiently at times.

The location is great. It is within walking distance to many points of interest. The breakfast had a superb selection with vegetarian and vegan options (especially the vegan sausages!). The staff were really helpful .
The room's air conditioning did not work properly. The room felt very hot despite my complaints. Water pooled in the wash basin when I used it. It filled with water quickly. There were no combs, brushes, or toothpaste kits provided.

the location proved excellent for exploring. i easily stored my luggage after checkout. the hotel bar offered a relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff, i found it quite appealing. the daily supply of mineral water was useful.
my room felt smaller than expected. accessing the stairs required exiting the hotel, which wasn't ideal.
