expectations exceeded during layover
large room comfortable room excellent breakfast
Qatar airways changed our flight and i booked a night here. i have to say the hotel exceeded my expectations completely. the room was large and comfortable. breakfast was included in the price. It was excellent.
The ac system was very loud and i could not turn it off. the bedding seemed a bit old. It had a slight odor indicating it wasn't dried properly. i asked for it to be changed. but it felt unchanged.

The reception and housekeeping staff provided really good assistance to all guests. They were amazing. manager abgao was a great asset. He handled guest requests efficiently. soumodip provided professional, helpful assistance throughout my stay.

The breakfast offered many choices and was free with my room rate. i enjoyed a free starbucks. A convenient option in the hotel. the buffet had delicious options. It was varied and satisfying each morning.

an okay stay
large room great view short walk no response no toilet paper no water
the room was large. it had great views from the higher floors. the hotel location meant souq waqif was a short walk. shops and cafes were also close.
there was no response to my message before arrival. there was no toilet paper when i arrived late at night. there was also no water in the room.

Spacious Rooms and Great Location
spacious room large window clean bathroom
The room was quite spacious. It featured a large wall window. Curtains and blinds were functional. I found a large sofa with a table, as well as coffee, tea, and water. A mini refrigerator and large wardrobe were also available. The bathroom was clean with both a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower.
The check-in process was not smooth. The staff initially seemed unwilling to listen.
