excellent stay near the mosque

the hotel provides very easy access to the ladies entrance of the mosque. the premier triple room was a good size for our family. three comfy single beds were available in the room. the bathroom was also a good size and very functional.
the hotel rooms are slightly outdated.

really good proximity to holy site

the hotel's location offered very quick access to the women's entrance. it was convenient especially for my wife and mother. the staff also was helpful, especially with directions and local information.
my room had a slightly obstructed view, but it hardly detracted from my stay.

The check-in process was really slow. It took over an hour. I booked a Standard Triple Room, but my rooms ended up being on different floors! despite my requests to have them changed. housekeeping seemed to be constantly delayed. Getting simple things like water and fresh towels took about an hour.

The location was perfect. gate 338 was just a short walk away, very convenient for women. the food options nearby were also a plus. It was easy to find what i needed.
the lobby was quite busy with a lot of activity, but this is understandable given the proximity to the mosque.
