squashed insectsmissing hand towels
the room lacked thorough cleanliness. i noticed several insects squashed against the wall. the bathroom also had a hole in the drywall, and no hand towels were provided, inconvenient.

The townhouse was not ideal. It was away from the main hotel, maybe a 5 minute walk. Carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was not appreciated.

I liked the room size. It had ample space. The staff were nice and always attentive. The hotel provides free parking and I found a spot easily.
My room lacked proper soundproofing. I heard noise from the hallway often. The room service menu felt limited. It was hard to find options I liked. The gym equipment seemed dated.
