big room great beds good breakfast distant townhouse dated room old bathroom
The room was big. The beds were great! I also liked the breakfast. It had many options. The pool was a plus after a long day.
My room was located in the Townhouse. It was a 10-minute walk from the main building, which proved inconvenient. The room felt dated. The bathroom felt particularly old.

missed fridge early wake up
the mini fridge i requested never arrived. i needed it for medication, so its absence was more than just an inconvenience. also, housekeeping barged in early both mornings, ignoring the do not disturb sign, frustrating and disruptive to my sleep schedule.

lovely staff comfortable bedroom excellent food
I found the staff to be lovely and helpful throughout the hotel. the bedrooms were comfortable, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep for me. the food was excellent. I especially liked the variety offered at breakfast.
the hot water was not always consistently hot, a minor inconvenience.

the room was super clean and beautifully decorated, i really appreciated the attention to detail. high-tech luxuries were present and enhanced the stay. the bed was very comfortable for me.

inconvenient location no lift
The townhouse was not ideal. It was away from the main hotel, maybe a 5 minute walk. There was also NO lift available. Carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was not appreciated.

I liked the room size. It had ample space. The staff were nice and always attentive. The hotel provides free parking and I found a spot easily.
My room lacked proper soundproofing. I heard noise from the hallway often. The room service menu felt limited. It was hard to find options I liked. The gym equipment seemed dated.
