I found the apartment very spacious and clean. It was great location for exploring the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle Peninsula. The kitchen was well equipped. A good washing machine and soap were provided. The underground parking was a definite plus, even though it was unassigned.
I noticed a constant noise, I assumed it was an air-conditioning unit somewhere in the complex. It kept me awake for half the night. That was REALLY annoying.

The kitchen included all necessary appliances. This allowed for easy meal preparation. A full-sized refrigerator and a stovetop oven were available. Basic cookware and dishes were also supplied.

i was a little disappointed with the apartment. it was quite worn and the couches didn't feel very clean. i also found mold on the shower caulking, rather unpleasant.

The location was quite convenient. The city centre was a short walk away. The secure underground car park was a plus for us. I found the apartment spacious. It offered everything needed for my short stay.
The window faced a busy traffic junction. Sleeping with the windows open was almost impossible. The pedestrian crossing button and delivery trucks were quite loud at night. Closing the windows was necessary.
