the location on the private island was peaceful. staff members were professional and friendly . the food i ordered tasted delicious.
The equipment was old and somewhat noisy. It affected my sleep. the room didn't seem very comfortable. I thought it needed an extra chair. the boat transfers to the mainland weren't frequent enough, trapping me on the island.

island bliss, a great stay!

this was a second trip because the resort is super! it's friendly and the staff are helpful. rooms have character, especially the balconies with sea views. i really enjoyed happy hour at the lovely pool bar. the shop at the marina proved useful for little extras. it had everything i could ask for!
the mosquito repellents are necessary for treks around the island, i think.

rooms included spacious layout and a classic asian design, i observed. cleanliness was noticeable, with attention to detail. the provided balconies offered sea views, a very pleasant feature. you will like them.

the hotel offers direct sea access and boasts a well kept pool. i saw gardens around the hotel. happy hour at the beach and pool bar are available for all, i noticed. the pool is open until late.

the hotel provides boat rides to the mainland, daily. the island location offers a private and peaceful experience for tourists. red rock beach is approximately 3 km, i discovered. teluk kelubi beach is just over 2km away.

I enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The staff members were always kind. Regular boats went to the mainland and they seemed in good condition. I was also happy of several amenities that added convenience to the stay.
The equipment looked very old. It seemed very loud. I also was like it was impossible to sleep. It sounded like other rooms equipments were on even when my own was off.

the breakfast buffet WAS excellent. rooms were very spacious.
I found the cleanliness was not properly maintained. dirty dishes were left by our neighbors for days. cockroaches were seen twice. I did not expect to see them at a 4 star resort.

i loved the daily complimentary ferry rides to the main island. the regular intervals made exploring convenient! the room included listed amenities. free buggy rides were just a call away.
The pool arrangement isn't great. The children's pool blocks the best sea view.
