The facilities were excellent. housekeeping maintained a high standard. The room was super clean. there were two separate infinity pool areas, a detail i found very relaxing. the spa offered a range of treatments for wellness.

I wish the drink service was faster:. It took longer than expected to receive beverages at the beach bar one evening.

I stayed in a terrace suite, and the direct access to the pool from my room was just fantastic (i loved it!). the hotel arranged private speedboat transfers and greeting us on the beach upon arrival. the breakfast buffet was plentiful, the staff remembered my coffee order after just one day. the hotel gardens were amazing. The ground staff worked hard to keep them looking very nice.

i noticed some guests reserved sunbeds as early as 7 am, they sometimes didn't use them until midday.

the hotel restaurant offered dining right on the beach with lovely sunset views, which i loved. the breakfast featured a plentiful buffet with a wide selection of thai and western options, so there was a lot to choose from.

The customer service really stood out. The staff were great to every detail. even with rainy days, the staff organized activities like thai cooking classes and cocktail classes. the hotel also provided evening canapés and drinks, great.

The drink service at the beach bar was quite slow. we waited a long time for our order. when customers who arrived later received their drinks first, we left. None of the staff even noticed. it was like our order wasn't important because we weren't hotel guests.
