a serene escape
high standard infinity pool areas wellness range super clean room
The facilities were excellent. housekeeping maintained a high standard. The room was super clean. there were two separate infinity pool areas, a detail i found very relaxing. the spa offered a range of treatments for wellness.
I wish the drink service was faster:. It took longer than expected to receive beverages at the beach bar one evening.

the hotel is conveniently situated by a beautiful beach. long beach is nearby and it allows for enjoyable morning or evening walks. various restaurants and bars are accessible along the beach.

The room included a big balcony. the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also great, spacious! the staff were attentive and always ready to help, service was excellent.

amazing stay!
direct access breakfast buffet amazing gardens very nice ground
I stayed in a terrace suite, and the direct access to the pool from my room was just fantastic (i loved it!). the hotel arranged private speedboat transfers and greeting us on the beach upon arrival. the breakfast buffet was plentiful, the staff remembered my coffee order after just one day. the hotel gardens were amazing. The ground staff worked hard to keep them looking very nice.
i noticed some guests reserved sunbeds as early as 7 am, they sometimes didn't use them until midday.

the hotel restaurant offered dining right on the beach with lovely sunset views, which i loved. the breakfast featured a plentiful buffet with a wide selection of thai and western options, so there was a lot to choose from.

The customer service really stood out. The staff were great to every detail. even with rainy days, the staff organized activities like thai cooking classes and cocktail classes. the hotel also provided evening canapés and drinks, great.

some issues overshadowed the stay
slow service staff ignorance
The drink service at the beach bar was quite slow. we waited a long time for our order. when customers who arrived later received their drinks first, we left. None of the staff even noticed. it was like our order wasn't important because we weren't hotel guests.

really good staff daily activities fresh food great quality
I loved that the staff was really good. Every member of staff. The gym had treadmills and stationary bikes. Activities were organised daily. The breakfast buffet offered fresh food by the beach.

Staff provided perfect SERVICE from check-in to check-out. Everyone. Many staff members ensured that we were kept hydrated by the pool. They are friendly and professional.

Breakfast has a wide selection of western and asian treats. Tables were ALWAYS available. The view out to the beach during breakfast is excellent. Every meal was well presented. The beach team takes our orders.

The beach is very clean. Sun beds were always available. There is NO need to rush for a spot. Some restaurants are present along the beach. The hotel is on Long beach, a NICE beach.

The Ocean Beautiful View Villa was spacious. It had an ocean view. The villa includes sun loungers, a jacuzzi, and showers. There is a mini bar. The villa was well maintained BY efficient staff.

The infinity pool provides excellent views. The gym includes a variety of equipment. The spa offers MANY treatments. The restaurant offers multiple options. All FACILITIES are perfectly taken care of.
