The super nice team. They are a lovely bunch. The pub is fantastic, full of friendly locals. I found the location to be a great stop over point between Scotland and London.
The television did not work. Staff had to take it off the wall to plug in the aerial. It was not connected. Access to the internet was overly complicated, so I needed help.

missing amenitiesno housekeeping
the room lacked some basics. i needed to step out of the shower to find soap, and it wasn't even proper body wash. i had to ask for a separate bottle of soap. there was no housekeeping the next day, so i didn't get fresh towels or toilet paper. it was surprising because i've never stayed at a hotel without daily housekeeping.
