the location was really great, close to many attractions. a friendly lady at reception even walked me to my room, and explained everything.

the hotel's location was quite convenient (close to many attractions). i found the staff to be friendly and helpful with directions. the room was clean and adequately sized for my needs.

the staff provided useful instructions on reaching the hotel from the airport. early check-in was accommodated, and i was allowed to leave my luggage after checking out. the team seemed very helpful.

there are several restaurants and cafes within a short walk. a nearby market offers options for snacks and drinks. breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

I found the staff to be helpful, providing tips and assisting with requests. The room was cleaned every day, A MUCH appreciated detail. The location proved very convenient, near transport and attractions.
The stairwell lacked sufficient lighting making nighttime entry a bit challenging.

The hotel had great access to many sites, a short walk to the square. Proximity to the vaporetto stop offered ease of travel. The location allowed convenient exploration of the surrounding area, it's VERY central.

The hotel provided excellent communication. A friendly receptionist gave clear directions. The staff helped with luggage, this was really beneficial. EVERY request was answered quickly and effectively.

I did not dine at the hotel. Numerous restaurants and cafes were near the hotel, this offered a variety of options. Several establishments offered traditional cuisine.

My room was large, and tidy. Traditional decor accentuated the room's historical charm. The room included comfortable beds. AIR conditioning worked well in my room.
