The breakfast buffet included a wide selection. A games room provided entertainment. The rooftop bar offered AMAZING views. I used the comfy bed and the FANTASTIC shower, both added value to my room.
The indoor pool water was unheated, and I didn't use it.

the location was definitely a plus. it was close to many attractions. the rooftop bar gave a nice view. i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff during breakfast.
my room lacked a window, and it felt rather small. the carpet didn't seem to have been vacuumed recently. maintenance looked to be lacking attention in some areas.

They cared for all my needs and inquiries. I loved the Beautiful room. It was impeccably clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. Every detail contributed to a nice and tender experience. I felt at home.
The elevator only goes to the 12th floor. Therefore, you must walk up two flights of stairs to get to breakfast. This was not ideal as my partner uses a cane.

I enjoyed the convenient location. It allowed easy walks to major attractions. the staff showed very nice kindness. They helped me with everything i needed. the breakfast buffet impressed me. It featured many choices. the room was very clean. This.
