decent stay overall
rooftop bar view great drink central location small pool limited lounger stale pastry
I enjoyed the rooftop bar. it offered great views of the surrounding area. the drinks were strong and well-made! i also liked the location. It was very central to many attractions. the staff was always ready to help and very friendly.
the pool was smaller than i expected. there weren't many loungers available, and it felt crowded. the breakfast buffet lacked variety. the pastries tasted stale, and some items ran out quickly and were not refilled fast enough.

cheap pastries lacking experience
The breakfast was disappointing. the pastries tasted cheap and it was difficult to find what i needed. they ran out of tea bags. I had to ask staff to refill things often. it seems the staff lacked experience and needed training.

The staff was helpful and always available to assist with any questions. The hotel is modern and very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable for me .
The rooftop bar lacked comfortable lounge furniture.

The breakfast offered many choices from Asian to Western options including some delicious desserts. Staff at breakfast were ready to make Vietnamese coffee and explain the different coffee flavors.

The room was upgraded so I could see a direct view of the street which was very beautiful. Rooms are spacious and super comfortable for families. It was like coming back home after a long day.

proactive staff swift assistance
the staff was attentive and proactive. they readily addressed our needs and provided swift assistance with luggage storage. the hotel's central location allowed easy exploration of nearby attractions. the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
the gym equipment showed some signs of wear. a few machines required maintenance. this impacted my workout routine slightly.

charming stay
warm welcome vietnamese coffee
the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival i received a welcome drink while they explained everything about the hotel. i enjoyed the rooftop bar in the evenings the breakfast each morning had a great variety. the staff never hesitated to prepare an extra vietnamese coffee for me and explained the differences in coffee flavors.

excellent staff smaller slippers cash hotel small bottles
The staff was excellent from arrival to departure. special thanks to peter nguyen who was excellent. he made sure i had everything i needed. He even found smaller slippers for me!
The cash only hotel really limited me? the breakfast was basic and not so tasteful with bread a few days old. they said it was fresh and delivered daily. I did not believe them. they also gave small complimentary bottles of water for a supposedly 5-star hotel.
