great riad in kasbah
airport pickup knowledgeable driver varied breakfast
the riad arranged airport pickup directly. the driver knew the area well and directed me to the door because cars don't fit on the narrow roads. the complimentary breakfast each morning varied which i liked.
quando la camera era stata sistemata non veniva fornita una bottiglia d'acqua di ricambio. per il check abbiamo dovuto noi inserire i dati su un foglio poi 'abbandonati' per 40 minuti senza che nessuno ci considerasse dopo un viaggio di 3 ore di ritorno da essaouira. ultimo giorno abbiamo dovuto lasciare la camera alle 3 di notte, in quanto la manager era al corrente di ciò non ha chiesto neanche se volevamo una colazione al sacco da portare via per il viaggio. offerto il servizio taxi per l'aeroporto servizio privato per 350 dirham, prezzi troppo alti, quando sui taxi basta chiedere di attivare il tassametro. colazione discreta, non veniva chiesto neanche se volevamo uova sbattute o omelette , quello che c'era, c'era. ci siamo sentiti dei clienti di serie b, onestamente se dovessi tornare a marrakech non tornerei in questo riad.

Tranquil Oasis in Kasbah
calming atmosphere friendly staff
The riad is tucked away in the Kasbah offering quiet. Staff members were helpful particularly when I arrived late. The breakfast provided was tasty and varied each day. Naoual, the manager, and Achmed were very friendly.
I noticed that bottled water was not automatically replaced after room service. I had to request a new bottle, a minor inconvenience.

The staff was very attentive and helpful, going out of their way to assist with requests. Their service included arranging transportation and offering recommendations for local attractions. They promptly addressed any concerns I had.
