a grateful guest's experience
helpful staff useful information
the staff was helpful, friendly and generous. mohammed and ali were on hand for all of our needs and provided very useful information about the area. i seemed like i was part of a family at the riad.
there was a noticeable smell from the tortoises. the bed was old and had an uncomfortable mattress, so it was hard to rest well at night. i hope there are plans to address this issue.

our suite was lovely and well-equipped! the air conditioning worked very well and kept the room at a consistent temperature. i appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which enhanced the ambiance.

the courtyard was fine and offered a peaceful escape from the hustle. the rooftop terrace gave amazing views of the mountains. the pool was refreshing, though i did not get a chance to swim.

the breakfast was very good and served in a beautiful poolside garden. the staff offered attention at all times? they accommodated my requests and always did so with a smile. the team provided personalized service.
