The whole riad is fine with a lovely décor. I was also impressed with their high-quality bathroom fixtures and nice toiletries. The entire place exudes charm and I enjoyed the spacious terrace for relaxation. The bedding is comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.
Breakfast was acceptable. I wish they had eggs cooked to order instead of boiled eggs. It was a bit boring for a place of this calibre and I expected more.

I recommend this riad. The design is beautiful, and cleanliness was perfect! The staff was very supportive since we booked the room. The riad's location is amazing. It is in the heart of the Medina, so attractions were within walking distance.
I noticed there was no minibar in the room. I wanted a drink in the evening and had to go out to get it.

the location allowed easy access to the medina and nearby sites. the hotel felt new and stylish. breakfast was delicious. all staff members were extra helpful and kind, also very attentive.
the pool and jacuzzi needed cleaning. this slightly detracted from the otherwise super clean experience. i hope they address it soon.

The staff ensured the riad was clean. They were also friendly and helpful. The breakfasts included good choices and were tasty. The spa's underground pool and sauna were amazing.
The shower gel was not refilled every day. I had to use the same small bottle for two days.
