Excellent Medina Stay
working air conditioning replenished toiletries closet safe prompt response
My room featured air conditioning that worked very well. The bathroom included toiletries that were regularly replenished. I found a safe in the closet for securing valuables. The staff promptly answered questions sent through Expedia prior to my arrival.
Soundproofing was an issue in my room , the noise from the hallway was very audible.

This hotel is located just off the main square providing easy access. The immediate area is quiet despite its proximity to the busy Medina. Many tourist locations are easily accessible on foot from the hotel.

Breakfast included fresh orange juice , pastries , and traditional Moroccan pancakes. The options changed daily so guests could experience variety. A personal chef cooked our breakfast each morning , a great unexpected touch.

dimly lit cave deceived photos
the staff was helpful enough i suppose arranging transport from the airport wasn't a total disaster.
the room i got felt more like a dimly lit cave than a relaxing getaway it wasn't exactly what the photos promised making me feel slightly deceived.

attentive staff detailed map refreshing juice
The staff was very attentive. They provided a detailed map with points of interest upon arrival. The breakfast on the rooftop was good. The orange juice was particularly refreshing, definitely the best i've had.
The lighting in the ground-floor rooms was somewhat dim, with windows facing the common area.
