The staff were helpful . I really appreciate it.
Noise ruined my stay. Every afternoon and evening, loud music from a nearby party made it impossible to relax by the pool. i had to use earbuds to drown it out. the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. I even had to ask for softer pillows to get any sleep.

I adored the free daily transport to the medina. It made exploring simple. breakfast served outside the room was lovely. the pool area is beautiful. I enjoyed the heated pool in november.

loud musicuncomfortable beds
The noise was an issue. every afternoon and evening, there seemed to be a party nearby. i couldn't pinpoint the source, but it sounded like a hotel with a dj playing loud music. i had to use earbuds by the pool to block it out. the beds were also quite uncomfortable. I had to request softer pillows.

the suites are well designed they are also super comfortable the pool area is glorious i did enjoy massages one evening there. the staff was so kind and inclusive nothing was too much trouble for them.
every afternoon and evening there seemed to be some sort of party going on close by loud music was pumped out it ruined my peaceful holiday. the beds and pillows were really uncomfortable i had to ask for softer pillows i also wanted a kettle in the room to make a drink.
