a lovely seaside stay
private carpark friendly staff good breakfast
i find this hotel location fantastic. the hotel boasts a private car park, this is important, because parking sometimes proves difficult. the staff were so friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good variety and it sets you up for the day.
i encountered one inconvenience . the car park security light shone into my room at night. this light disturbed my sleep pattern.

acceptable stay, notable drawbacks
small wardrobe sloping floor
the location provided easy access to nearby attractions..
I found the room smaller than advertised. storage was definitely inadequate. One small wardrobe was not enough for two people's belongings. the sloping floors also took some getting used to, a quirk of the building's age, but not entirely welcome

bay view coffee facilities excellent location small room lack storage sloping floor
the location was excellent the room had tea and coffee facilities plus really good views across the bay you could see the pier and hear the sea breakfast had a selection of cereals yogurts and fruits plus cooked to order full english
the room was not spacious it barely had room for the bed and a couple of chairs there was a lack of storage space i needed heavier coats and raincoats we had one wardrobe between us the hotel is an old victorian type hotel with sloping floors

excellent location fresh fruit welsh speaking staff
Location was excellent. The room was a Double Room. The provided breakfast included fresh fruit and cereal. Staff was welsh speaking.
The hotel dont have elevator.
