Excellent Location and Friendly Service
convenient location daily cleaning helpful staff
The hotel is very close to the main train station (about 5 minutes walking). A supermarket is also nearby. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. The staff were helpful.
The room size was a little small.

Excellent stay close to Termini
convenient location great staff tidy hotel
The hotel's location near the main terminal and various restaurants made it convenient. I liked the supermarket nearby. The staff at the hotel were great and the barman. The hotel was clean, tidy, and the staff were cute, I stored luggage safely.

A lovely restaurant is located across the road from the hotel. The roof terrace bar was a surprise addition. I relaxed there. I found a good selection of places to eat.

All hotel staff, including reception, bar staff, and cleaners, were polite. The reception staff were attentive and helpful. I got great advice. Renato at reception stood out for his kindness and professionalism.

Decent Stay Near the Station
friendly staff natural light bathroom exhaust small shower
The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. I received good recommendations for local restaurants and coffee shops. The room was quiet, and it had curtains. Opening them allowed plenty of natural light from the interior courtyard.
The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. This was a problem. The shower cabin was small, and water spilled onto the floor. The room had dust, and I found it to be quite expensive for what it offered. I mentioned this at reception, and they said they would contact the manager. This never happened.

helpful staff front desk expresso maker good facility hotel lobby tiny bathroom small space unfriendly man poor manner evening front desk
the front desk staff was helpful. they answered questions and called a cab. the hotel lobby had staff present 24 hours a day. our room included an expresso maker. it also had a hot water kettle and a fridge.
the bathroom was very tiny. it was not very functional. i found the evening front desk man to be unfriendly. he was rude every time we spoke.
