charming stay

big room perfect shower delicious pasta
the room was big. the shower seemed perfect. i felt i was in a five star hotel room. breakfast was the best out of five hotels i visited during my trip to the philippines. i ordered pasta for dinner one evening and was delicious.
i tried calling the reception multiple times from the room, but nobody answered.

the hotel is close to festive walk mall. it is also near the convention center. plenty of amenities are nearby including starbucks. jollibee and mcdonalds are also close.

my suite was on the eleventh floor. the view overlooked the city. the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom felt most spacious out of all hotels i stayed. a bathtub was available.

the gym is open 24 hours. it provides convenience for any schedule. the hotel has a pool and bar on the seventh floor. scenic views can be enjoyed from these areas.

the staff was very cute at the driveway. security and guest services provided warm greetings. rikka at the front desk assisted with luggage. renzo from concierge helped with laundry service inquiries.

charmed by the hospitality

convenient location modern room friendly staff
the location was very convenient due to its proximity to the festive walk mall. the room was modern, and i found it quite nice. the staff were friendly and efficient. the breakfast had many varieties, and i appreciated the choices.
The coffee could be better. I would have liked expresso-type coffees.
