I liked the pools. There were a lot of palm trees. i also got an upgrade to a superior room. the location is great. It is within walking distance to beaches and amenities.
The room we were given smelt dusty. It was not pleasant.

The room was spacious. The bed was even more spacious. the room was super clean and cozy. the bathroom windows were stained, and the shower barely worked, so i asked staff to fix it.

the breakfast buffet had many choices. i woke up every morning thinking about the buffet breakfast. the buffet breakfast was generous and varied and featured a wide variety of food options.

mixed feelings about this place
dated roomthin walls
I wasn't thrilled to find the room rather dated. the bathroom, in particular, wasn't great. The shower sprayed water everywhere. also, the walls seemed thin, so i could hear noise from other rooms (not ideal for a relaxing stay).

the pools were good. the location was very good. the staff were very kind to carry my things.
The check-in process was excessively long. they charged me for an 'extra bed' just for setting up the sofa bed. It was already in the room i had paid for. i don't know of any other hotel that has this policy.

The breakfast selection was good. Staff members were cute and friendly. The location offered easy access to nearby attractions. The room was clean, and it provided a comfortable experience.
There was notable humidity in the room, which resulted in clothes and sheets feeling damp. I smelled sewage in the bathroom. The toilet water drained slowly. I had to flush it multiple times after each use.
