my stay lasted 3 nights. the triple room included a mini fridge. there was also a hairdryer in the bathroom. i did appreciate the free wi-fi access .
the elevator was quite small. i observed it could only accommodate a few people with luggage at once. the air conditioning did not seem to work well. the receptionist was not particularly friendly.

The receptionist Hafiza provided great service and accommodated us very well. She even gave us a larger room. The breakfast was good (i especially loved the olives!). I am grateful to the staff for their service.
The shower head was broken, which caused water to spray all over the place. This made showering quite inconvenient.

The hotel had a functional elevator that provided easy access to all floors. There was also a small seating area in the lobby. This was a convenient space for waiting or meeting people before heading out.

Our double room included a television with several english channels. The air conditioning worked effectively (a must in the summertime!). We also had a mini fridge available to store drinks and snacks.

The reception staff were available 24/7 and responded quickly to requests. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and provided fresh towels. I appreciate that they took care of our needs efficiently.

Breakfast included a selection of cheeses, olives, and breads. Hot dishes like scrambled eggs and sausages were available. Turkish coffee was also served. This was a nice, authentic touch.

my room was a double room and so nice. the breakfast had all that i wanted. i specially liked miss hafiza for her professional welcome and her help was great.
the air conditioning in my room was not working so good, but it was fixed quickly.

The breakfast included many choices. I especially liked the selection of local cheeses and fresh bread (i ate too much of it). The staff were helpful . I got tips about local attractions from them.
The gym had limited equipment. There was only one treadmill available and some weights. I wanted a longer workout with more cardio options.
