The staff gave GREAT recommendations for local eateries. The design throughout the hotel IS beautiful. I really liked the AMAZING garden. The food at the restaurant tasted great.
The water pressure in the shower WAS a little low.

poor housekeeping
The housekeeping was quite poor. Staff only folded sheets and removed used towels. They did not replace the towels. I also found Mr Murad at the reception disinterested in ensuring my comfort.

I especially enjoyed the hotel's setting. It is a large, beautiful backyard with many seating areas. Despite its location in the middle of the downtown area, it feels quite secluded. The design room was very spacious, which i found very relaxing. volkan, the server at the restaurant, proved very helpful .
i noticed a slightly unpleasant odor in the romantic room with tub, a minor inconvenience.

The restaurant provided a highlight . I enjoyed several meals there. i found the duck baklava and menemen particularly delicious, they offered an really good culinary experience. The restaurant's ambiance added positively to each meal.
