The room had a partial view of the Bosphorus. It was well-equipped with a comfortable king bed and modern amenities. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. The gym had several treadmills and weight machines.
The pool area was sometimes crowded during peak hours. Securing a lounge chair required arriving early. The music played in the pool area did not appeal to me. I found it to be a bit repetitive.

Fantastic Bosphorus Stay!

The staff introduced themselves to us even in the corridors. They offered their help, it was lovely. All the staff are fluent in English! We received an upgrade to a partial sea view and the concierge was very efficient. The concierge recommended a number of sightseeing options for us.
And we were never warned it would happen. Ruined every morning.

The service is amazing as expected! The staff were very helpful and polite, always available. The concierge was very efficient in recommending a number of sightseeing options. I used many of their tips.

The hotel is well located and has excellent facilities! It has best views of Bosphorus. It is a big plus. The hotel is located near the sea. It's beautiful.

The rooftop restaurant was excellent, the best lamp chops ever! The Italian restaurant was also excellent. Breakfast was fabulous so much choice. It had everything I wanted.

the cleaning service was really cool . the room always looked super clean, and they even brought a baby kit along with some toys for the baby. this.
i wasn't too happy with the new years eve reservations. i woke up to a huge charge on my card, but still no email. right now, they're looking into it, but i'm still waiting for my money back.

the gym was well equipped.
The breakfast buffet was quite disappointing. The coffee lacked taste and waffles tasted stale. the bathroom design also seemed impractical. Water easily splashed out because the shower lacked a door.
