wonderful stay at this hotel
friendly persons clean room good spot visit advice
i came with fifteen other peoples. the reception persons, restaurant helpers, and housekeepers were all so friendly. the hotel was really nice and the rooms were so clean and well kept. its in a nice spot, so easy to visit all the tourist locations. julia ensured our stay was nice and told us places we can visit.
i noticed some stairs outside the building dont had handrails. it would be more better if they install them.

the hotel offers a large variation of food for breakfast. the food appears fresh, so it seems like all the food is very delicious. the hotel can accommodate a wide range of dietary needs.

our corner room was very big with beautiful views. a great sitting area exists and also the beds are very comfortable. the rooms were generally clean and free from any dirt. the cleaner made the room sparkle everyday.

the staff are very friendly and are willing to listen if you need something. the hotel personnel had excellent english. the personnel were friendly and polite. duty manager was knowledgeable and informative.

the location is really neat and its near the tram, so its easy to get around. it is situated centrally. many old city sights are in walking distance. the hotel has easy access to many tourist sites.

The breakfasts were amazing, offering many tasty options. the staff provided great service. Fatima helped me with reservations, transportation, and other services. erol, the manager, was very cute and helped us get a nice room. He keeps the hotel well supervised, clean, and safe!!!

i visited the hotel during a three-night stay. the location is convenient with easy access to tourist sites. julia was particularly helpful and gave advice on local places to visit.
the room was dusty, and it felt dated. i got woken up late at night because of noise from a party next door.

Wonderful Time!
early check-in spa facilities excellent service
The staff helped us so much. Hamza checked us in early after our long flight, this was greatly appreciated. Fatima answered all our questions and showed us the gym plus the spa. Julia often checked on us and gave sightseeing advice. All staff members were a pleasure to see. From beginning to end, the service was wonderful. We always felt cared for.
The room was definitely too small.

The gym has several treadmills and stationary bikes. A sauna, steam room, and hammam were also available. The pool area includes many loungers and a shaded area. I loved all the amenities.

The location was very near the tram and not far from the Grand Bazaar. Many main attractions were on the same side. It was easy to walk to most of them. I was very satisfied.

my experience included some letdowns. first, the room smelled of cigarettes, a considerable disappointment. second, the pillows were bad, they made sleep hard to come by.
