Wonderful Time!

The staff helped us so much. Hamza checked us in early after our long flight, this was greatly appreciated. Fatima answered all our questions and showed us the gym plus the spa. Julia often checked on us and gave sightseeing advice. All staff members were a pleasure to see. From beginning to end, the service was wonderful. We always felt cared for.

The room was definitely too small.

The gym has several treadmills and stationary bikes. A sauna, steam room, and hammam were also available. The pool area includes many loungers and a shaded area. I loved all the amenities.

The location was very near the tram and not far from the Grand Bazaar. Many main attractions were on the same side. It was easy to walk to most of them. I was very satisfied.

my experience included some letdowns. first, the room smelled of cigarettes, a considerable disappointment. second, the pillows were bad, they made sleep hard to come by.
