the breakfast was very good! i noticed a parking area arriving with a car. the lobby area is beautiful and well kept! the staff were helpful and friendly.

I did not receive any help with my luggage upon arrival. There were high stairs. i asked for a second key. I never got it! it was very noisy at times because of cars and people from lolita.

The hotel's design was interesting.

The staff's general attitude, excluding room service, was not cute. A smile was rare. There was no ramp to enter the lobby, this made luggage handling difficult, especially with stairs. Traffic noise from the street was an issue at night.
