amazing stay with very nice service!
amazing breakfast amazing view helpful staff
I totally loved the breakfast. It tasted amazing. the city view was amazing from the room and the super nice team with everything from my luggage to city tour plans. giga even stored my baby's trolley until we came back from another city, i really appreciated it!
the curtain railing in my room was broken and that was a bummer. it meant i couldn't fully close the curtains. the staff did fix it the next day once i let them know though, so that was good!

the staff here are genuinely dedicated. i noticed they helped with luggage and offered city tour assistance. the team was quick to address the broken curtain railing and they fixed it the next day. they go the extra mile!

ample choices friendly staff clean rooms
The breakfast had ample choices! It also had a coffee machine available around the clock. The staff offered really good service and were friendly. The rooms were clean.
The hotel's location required an uphill walk from the city center.

city view coffee availability helpful staff
the breakfast area provided excellent views. i enjoyed the coffee that was available all day. the staff were very helpful .
the shower had very low water pressure.
