charming stay
friendly father helpful luggage priced breakfast great day
carl greeted me outside. he helped me with my luggage. both he and his father were helpful and friendly. the breakfast set me up for the day it was reasonably priced too.
the room needed a touch more cleaning.

the hotel is near the beach about ten minutes. it also has great restaurants close by and entertainment a short walk away. the area was quiet at night and very easy to navigate.

i had a lovely full english breakfast. there was also a choice of cereal juice and toast. they provided jam tea and coffee and it was yummy and perfect for a charming morning.

my room included a tv and hot drink facilities. the beds felt comfortable plus the hotel provided wifi access. it was nice that i could come and go as i pleased it felt secure.

carl and brian are great hosts they were really nice. carl was always checking to make sure i was happy. nothing was too much trouble for them during my entire stay.

a great stay near the beach
warm welcome luggage assistance filling breakfast
carl welcomed me warmly. he also carried my luggage upstairs. i was able to come and go as i pleased. the breakfast was lovely and very filling.. i especially enjoyed the full english. it was a great value for the price.
the room could have been a bit cleaner.

helpful host easy luggage-carrying room un-cleanliness dirty sink
carl was waiting outside. he helped with luggage to my room. nothing was too much trouble.
the room could have been cleaner. it was not very clean, i had to clean the sink.
