the staff was really nice. breakfast was also quite good. the bed provided a comfortable sleep.
there was no mirror in the room. i needed it for hair styling. i also heard noise late at night coming from the room above.

the staff was cute and helpful to us! the dinner was delicious and the portions were generous. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable! i appreciated the high-quality coffee provided in the room.
The room i booked felt quite cold when i first arrived even after turning on the heaters. I hoped for warmer temperatures.

The hotel is beautifully decorated! the staff were clearly happy. They gave a warm welcome to everyone. the hotel is very dog-friendly. Our dog received treats and a tennis ball.

the food was fabulous i especially enjoyed the breakfast it kept me going until dinner the fresh percolated coffee was good there was also quality butter and fresh bottled milk
there was no mirror in the room so i had to straighten my hair using my phone camera

I was welcomed warmly on arrival. I found a comfortable bed. The room included a doggy box with goodies and shampoo. The accessibility to the outside from the room was great for dog walks near the car park.
The room I booked needed better heating upon arrival. The heaters were switched on, but the heat output was not very good.

acceptable stay with a few issues

the food was acceptable i did not dislike it.
My room felt quite dated. the lack of a fridge in the room was also a little inconvenient i expected it would be there. there was also excessive noise late at night from staff above my room it was disturbing.

the staff were very helpful i received details on how to order food for dinner and breakfast i had dinner the food was gorgeous the salad was fresh the chef was happy and helpful. the location serves as a base to visit the dales from the accommodation was excellent the food was great.
the room lacked a mirror straightening my hair was difficult i had to use my phone camera to do so.

The food was AMAZING!!! The staff were friendly. I also appreciated the comfy beds after a long walk.
There was no mirror in the room, so I had to use my phone camera. I also noticed a lot of furniture moving noise late at night from above. A fridge would have been nice since there was a kettle.
