I noticed some minor wear in the bathroom. The shower tap needed some scrubbing.

My visit here reminded me of a gentle dream. the team was always ready to help with a smile, they cared about my needs. i especially appreciated the attentiveness shown by the staff. They were warm and cute. the food was wonderful and the ambiance reminded me of a warm embrace.
The bathroom's cleanliness wasn't quite at a five-star standard, i hoped for better attention here. the broken hairdryer was a small inconvenience. I needed to call for a replacement.

The gym has modern equipment and offers a good workout space, with treadmills and stationary bikes available. The pool area is a refreshing escape. there's also a spa, a tranquil space for unwinding after a busy day.

The location is near the airport, it made arrivals and departures simple. That's a big plus. the hotel is located at aerocity, close to an outdoor shopping center. Restaurants, bars, and shops are within reach.

Breakfast included a diverse range. Everything tasted fresh and good each morning. the hotel boasts multiple dining venues, kheer being one of them. It offers a high-end indian culinary experience, though i didn't visit it.

My room was spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. It allowed deep relaxation. a low bed contributed to the cozy feel. A working space was also available, it made catching up on emails convenient!

The hotel is located close to the airport and the aerocity metro station. the staff was cute and professional. sarita from housekeeping was very thorough. She kept the room super clean. i found the hotel's ambiance calming.
The wine i ordered at the restaurant tasted like vinegar. I did not receive any discount on the bill.

The services were prompt and efficient. requests were catered to quickly! i appreciated the genuine care. the team handled event planning smoothly. Rohit, mandeep, vinod, and nitesh were helpful.
