Really good hospitality near the airport
friendly smilespecial touchamazing chef
The staff's greetings with Namaste and friendly smiles. Chef Bongkot prepared fried tofu with sweet and sour sauce, which I LOVED. Chef Sudhir made fried bhindi , also known as okra, it was amazing. Chef Arvind made me veg and chicken manchow soup. It was good.
Ordering room service took a considerable amount of time , up to an hour and a half.

The room was super clean, beautifully appointed, and offered every comfort I could ask for. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

Check in staff Was VERY helpful and accommodating to all my requests. Housekeeping services are available upon request and were always thorough. The staff ensured a seamless experience from arrival to departure, showcasing great professionalism.

The breakfast restaurant has one OF the largest spreads I HAVE seen. K3 restaurant offers amazing dishes. I enjoyed the wide array of cuisines available. The quality and variety of food were excellent, with both local and international options.

This hotel IS ideally located near terminal 3, providing convenient access. The location IS close TO the airport. That fact makes it suitable for travelers with early morning flights. It is a short drive FROM the airport.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues
decent variety of foodgrimy shower headbroken steam room
The buffet offered a decent variety of food. It had many options.
The steam room did not work very well. That was disappointing. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly and the shower head was grimy. It needed cleaning. I do not expect this from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
