i enjoyed the spa. the water was perfect there. i also appreciated the free gin and tonic in my room. it was a nice touch.
i found a service charge of £4 on a bottle of wine i bought at the bar. the bar was only ten meters from the restaurant. i also noticed the portions at dinner were small.

free gincomfortable bedlovely balcony
the hotel offered a complimentary glass of fizz upon arrival. the room included free gin and tonic. our room 22 had a small balcony. from there we viewed streams, fields, and peaks. the bed felt comfortable, and the linens were of high quality.

the staff were amazing! they offered recommendations and ideas for things to do. they gave us clear directions. the team welcomed us warmly.

breakfast was perfect and of superb quality. i enjoyed the cumbrian specialty. the breakfast service had slight variations between chefs on different days. we ate in the hotel restaurant a couple of times, and the food was fantastic!

the hotel is in a quiet, peaceful spot on the edge of the area. it is only a five minute walk to the centre. the gardens are also lovely and well maintained! the car park is convenient too.

my stay last week was charming. the staff were consistently friendly and cute. the spa facilities were a real highlight. it was relaxing and luxurious. the high-end dining experience was great. i felt really spoiled.
