Excellent Stay!!!
city skyline efficient valet service superb location
The hotel had a superb location near South Bank. My room featured AMAZING views of the city skyline. I found the room clean, a detail I always appreciate. The valet service was fast and efficient. It made parking stress-free.
The gym equipment seemed slightly dated. A small upgrade would be beneficial.

The staff offered quick responses to requests, even during peak hours. Concierge assistance was readily available. They provided clear directions and helpful suggestions. Valet parking was prompt. I received my car within minutes of request.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide assortment of hot and cold items. Fresh fruit and pastries were restocked frequently. There was a large selection of teas and coffees. The restaurant staff was attentive. They kept the area clean.

My room included a spacious layout, with a separate seating area and work desk. The bed was very comfortable. I experienced a restful sleep each night. The bathroom included ample counter space. It featured premium toiletries.

A perfect Riverfire celebration!
ample space cute team delicious options immersive experience
The balcony was AMAZING, offering ample space for photography equipment. The team was cute and accommodating to all my needs. Breakfast at Bacchus Restaurant had many delicious options, a great way to start each day. The location allowed for an immersive experience in the colors and excitement of the fireworks and aviation displays.
The elevators sometimes experienced delays, slightly inconvenient.

The hotel is near many events, including QPAC. The close ferry provides fantastic rides up and down the river for awesome city views.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the lounge chair with a foot stool was the BEST!!! The river views were very nice. The champagne and chocolates on arrival were a lovely touch.

The breakfast buffet had a wide array of delicious options, something I REALLY appreciated. The onsite restaurant and bar offered another choice for a casual meal. I will definitely be back for more!
